    Chart Of Accounts Sharing:
  • This module is design for running from multiple data entry locations. for this you can share you transactional accounts to different data entry locations like (Factory, Sales Office, and Head Office). Every user of applications should belong to at least one entry location and when you share your account for that location it can be accessible of the user who belongs to that Data entry location.(Simply means you can hide your head office expenses accounts to your factory users)

    Budget Define and Control
  • In this module you can design and allocate budget for particular fiscal year and Control them
  • You can also divide your yearly allocated budget of account in months like: (the Yearly allocated budget of petrol expenses will be Rs 36000 but it should not exceed Rs 3000 for month





    Voucher Configurations:
  • You can configure your vouchers for different locations i.e.(voucher number start from ,voucher initial suffix, waiting for approval before posting in ledgers)
  • These configuration is available for all vouchers ,, Bank Payment ,Cash Payment, Bank receipt , Cash Receipt , Journal Voucher

  • Bank Payment , Cash Payment , Bank Receipt , Cash Receipt , Journal Voucher are available in this module
  • Different narration for different accounts in single voucher is available
