Overview

This project deals with the employee payroll file repository for everything that has to do with an employee's pay check. The main reason to create a payroll file is to limit access to other employee confidential information. The payroll file enables accounting staff to pay the employee without accessing employee confidential information. Accounting staff can keep payroll records where it makes sense for paying the employee, adding the additional part it covers many more areas such as company details not only for single but multiple. Configuration and Setup
1. Registration
  In here you can register as many new companies you desire to manage under a single hood, and each of them can be maintained separately, likewise single software for a single company.
2. Location
  you can add new or edit addresses phone numbers fax emails and much more for everyone of it and proceed with the individuals.
3. Department
  Sub Departments and different sections can be added up to as many as you desire so as to full fill your need.
4. Department Designation Capacity
  Title enriches itself to the manpower and production criteria and anytime update and status facilities.
5. Employees Department Designation
  Now it comes to your employee where you can search add delete your employees from sub departments as well.
6. Shift Registration
  Where you can adjust your 24 hours a day schedule, Work load, night shift & Ramadan timings this is all what you can do with this tab.
7. Attendance roster
  Either you swap by your card or by biometric it would directly update you in this tab and can easily track by different filters.
8. Employee management
  This Section itself is a whole management program under a single tab to manage your employee registration from Hiring till firing, day to day updates and status and its sources.
9. Leave management
  Categories, Planners and records of leave issued and of employee that have asked for it. Easy tracking and known leaves are profile in this management tab.
10. Holiday management
  Where it comes to company’s planning and categorization of holidays this tab is clicks away to set your years of planned holiday and sudden holidays as well.
11. Type Of User (Admin, New defined)
  Permissions, priority and control of the Maximus can be categorized in such a way like restricted objects are locked and not accessible but Permissions can be granted.
